Public procurement

We provide services related public tenders to both contracting parties (persons who must award contracts on the basis of public tenders in accordance with the Public Procurement Act and the Public Procurement in Water Management, Energy, Transport and Postal Services Act) and to tenderers.

We provide counsel to contracting parties in the following areas:

in the execution of the entire public tender award procedure,
in specific activities in the public tender procedure, and
in audit procedures.

We provide counsel to tenderers in the following areas:

in specific activities in the tender submission process, and
in the submission of audit requests, written warnings with respect to contracting parties' decisions and requests for additional clarification regarding decisions on the awarding of contracts.
