Administrative law and administrative procedure
All state bodies in Slovenia issue administrative decision regarding the rights of the citizens of the Republic of Slovenia, under valid substantive provisions, pursuant to the General Administrative Procedure Act.
Our expert knowledge is supported by many years of know-how and experience in the drafting of decisions in administrative procedures in the second instance, i.e. in appeal procedures, where we work with the client to prepare draft decisions regarding the rights of individuals under the Employment and Insurance Against Unemployment Act (ZZZPB).
We offer government and other institutions legal counsel and expert assistance in issuing administrative decisions in the first and second instances and the filing of appeals in administrative disputes.
Our attorneys advise individuals on how to best protect their rights provided by specific substantive regulations and draft appeals against decisions of the administrative body of the first instance.
