Payment of services
We brief every client who uses our legal services on the method use to charge for those services when a business relationship is entered into or when a power of attorney is signed. We reach a consensus with the client with regard to the price of a specific legal service, regardless of whether this involves one-time legal counsel or the drafting of a legal opinion or legal acts, or representation before the courts or other institutions. 
Our aim is to achieve a high level of trust between the attorney and client, and thus avoid possible disagreements when an invoice is issued for services rendered. 
Our attorneys charge for their services in accordance with the Attorney Fee Tariff Act (ZOdvTM; Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 3/2008) and the non-binding guidelines on the setting of prices for legal services (www.odv-zb.si).
Attorney fees include the price of legal services and the relevant work-related expenditure, plus value added tax (VAT). The valuation of services rendered depends on the technical complexity, responsibility and value of the subject matter, the expertise required from other professions and foreign legal sources, the use of a foreign language, the time required to complete the job, the number of persons represented and other criteria specific to an individual case.
